Dr. Jacques S. Van Ryn
Orthopedic Surgeon
An accomplished orthopedic surgeon. He earned his B.S. in Life Science from the United States Air Force Academy and his M.D. from Albany Medical College. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center and later served as Chairman of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Scott Air Force Base.
Dr. Michael Snyder - Neurologist
Highly accomplished and board-certified neurologist with specialized expertise in neuromuscular medicine, electromyography (EMG), and headache disorders. He earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine before completing his residency and fellowship in neurology at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Washington University in St. Louis.
Dr. Donald Bassman - Orthopedic Surgeon
A highly experienced orthopedic surgeon with decades of expertise in treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. He completed his medical degree and orthopedic residency at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Bassman has a distinguished career with roles at prominent medical institutions, including Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Luke’s Des Peres Hospital, and St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Dr. Raymond Cohen - Neurologist
Experienced orthopedic spine surgeon with a focus on comprehensive care for spine-related conditions and musculoskeletal injuries. He earned his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Valley Consortium for Medical Education in Modesto.
Dr. Joseph Yazdi - Neurosurgeon
Highly accomplished neurosurgeon and medical director. He specializes in complex neurosurgical procedures, minimally invasive spinal surgery, traumatic brain injury care, and spinal deformity correction. He received his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and completed his neurosurgery residency at Hermann University and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Dr. Rahul Basho - Orthopedic Surgeon

Dr. Swastik Sinha - Orthopedic Spine Surgeon
A board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon with more than 15 years of experience treating complex cervical, lumbar, and minimally invasive spine conditions. He completed his orthopedic residency at Atlanta Medical Center and a prestigious spine fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Sinha has held leadership roles at multiple orthopedic groups before founding Axis Spine & Orthopedics in St. Louis, and is widely
recognized for his evidence-based, patient-centered surgical approach.
Dr. Deepu Sudhakaran - General & Bariatric Surgeon
A triple board-certified general, bariatric, and surgical critical-care surgeon with more than a decade of advanced clinical, surgical, and leadership experience. He serves as Bariatric Surgery Medical Director at Chesterfield Bariatric Surgery and holds active appointments with Mercy Hospitals in St. Louis. Dr. Sudhakaran specializes in laparoscopic and robotic surgery, wound and hyperbaric medicine, and postoperative complication management, and provides IMEs and expert reviews grounded in
evidence-based surgical standards.
Dr. Calvin Cajigal - Pain Management Specialist
He specializes in advanced pain treatment. His medical training includes a pain management fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics and an anesthesiology residency at Case Western Reserve University – MetroHealth Medical Center. Dr. Cajigal earned his Doctor of Medicine degree through the prestigious six-year combined program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
